No... maybe that's why we had so many scissor and switch blade stabbings.
But anyway, they did have a cop on random days just standing at the gates... to catch people by surprise? My school was right next to a shopping centre so we had mucho waggers.
We never had the metal detectors even though there were numerous accounts of guns at school and even had squad cars in the back parking lot once trying to take a kid in custody after he got expelled from school. My school just had normal cops that were hired to work there, had about 5-6 total I think.

Not when I was there, but the year I graduated, they installed them. I think it was a good idea for that school. The people there tried to be gangsta, then they would go home at the end of the day to their huge house with fountain in the driveway.
