Maybe they should ban the 360 and PS3 controllers, some people might enjoy the pain, plus when a game freezes on the 360 the controller vibrates constantly.

It really depends on how red the neck was, a totaly leasson learned could be as it actually was, any sexual graification could imply rape. But simply teaching the little f**k a lesson, could not.
