If you were to create a list of disturbing movies, from disturbing to most disturbing, What would be on your list, and what particular scene was the most disturbing?

In Saving Private Ryan:

[spoiler] There scene where Mellish gets into a fight with a Nazi during the last battle. He loses the battle when he loses his knife and gets it stabbed, slowly into his chest. All this is happening while Upham cowardly goes to see what's going on. That scene very isn't gory or bloody, but it's hell a disturbing. :x [/spoiler]

The mentioned scenes from Eastern Promises and Saving Private Ryan I agree with.

A few more for me include:

-Hostel: Puss from eyeball and finges getting cut off

-Hannibal: guts pouring out of the stomach

-American History X: curb jaw breaker.

-Hills Have Eyes - rape scene

august undergrounds mordum, its a film that im gonna guess no one hear has heard of for good reason, just to give you an idea of how disturbing this film is, its so disturbing that when a person tried to bring it accross a border the man was arrested with the border guards thinking it was an actual snuff film, it was banned in new zealand its so gruesome, its the closes movie to actual being a snuff film without doing anything illegal in the movie, its a movie thats worse then most shock videos on the whole internet.linkin_guy109

Seen it, it is pretty nasty... Although along with the Guniea Pig films I wouldn't say they were that disturbing because they lack atmosphere, they are just violent and exploitative.
