I don't really think anything is really "disturbing" TBH, because it's just film and it's not real - like the eyeball scene in Hostel (I haven't seen Cannibal Holocaust though).

I'd use "awesome" over "disturbing", though. :P And yeh, the score really gave it a tense atmosphere - the siren sounds were well used.

In Marathon man where the dentist drills at the mans teeth and tortures him while he's screaming. Really it was the Audio that made it scary the Dental Drill is going and the man is screaming at the top of his lungs

I saw this on Spike last night, well not really but it reminded me of the real thing, anyways...

In the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (remake), when they pick up the hitchhiker and she gets the gun from her lady parts and shoots her self in the mouth.... ewwww
