You know, if even half of the people who "would like to see Gary Johnson win" would actually go out and vote for him, he would win. In a landslide. It's only a "wasted vote" because people aren't willing to entertain the possibility that it's not. Both Trump and Hillary are disgusting, horrible people, who shouldn't even be allowed to run (and, realistically, should be in prison). But the media has made sure that the vast majority of people aren't willing to vote the way they want to, because they think that they have no choice but the vote for whatever shills the corrupt parties throw at them.

My statement (in this case) has nothing to do with Hillary. Campaign events in general tend to be very mapped out and controlled each step of the way well before the day it happens. There are people placed in the crowd who know the moments to clap at beforehand, speeches are written and practiced, music picked, makeup for the speakers applied, and fake protesters on occasion among other things. It's very run of the mill stuff.

To add to what you are saying, Trump also says he considers leaving NATO. It should be noted that the first time Article 5 (the part of NATO that says countries must help out a member country if it is attacked) has been invoked is when the US was attacked on 09/11. However misguided we now know that conflict was, at the time we went in with the full power and blessing of NATO and it helped immensely.
They are our allies indeed, and have contributed and fought and sacrificed. Trump obviously has no respect for our allies, and has repeatedly disrespected veterans and what was fought for. The problem is that it's not going to happen without proper coverage from the media. Gary Johnsone poll numbers have been impressive so far, though. Let's hope he reaches 15% in the polls.
