@cainetao11: How exactly is he supposed to bring the jobs back when he hasn't been sworn into office yet? Come on man you're smarter than this.
He doesn't need to buy hats made in China NOW though.
What does that have to do with the total lack of disrespect shown by the DNC. By the way you can't find anything in the clothing in made in the US anymore. So just quit cherry picking.
No division at the DNC. The DNC had to get all the American flags from the city offices so they could be put in the convention hall. The first day of the DNC convention there were no American flags present. There was a Palestinian flag in the audience and the Bernie supporters were carrying Russian flags outside of the convention hall. Real Americans at the DNC
Well it is better to have "Make America Great Again" hats and signs made in China when the candidate says bring jobs back to America after all.
But one of his stances is "bring jobs back to America ". Why is it cherry picking to point out the truth that he's talking shit? He obviously isn't hiring American. What are you? 11 years old?
He didn't even write his own book. http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2016/07/18/tony_schwartz_art_of_the_deal_ghostwriter_is_not_a_trump_fan.html
You sound like you're 11 years old. When he's talking about bringing jobs back to America, he's not talking about hats.
Here are seven steps Donald Trump would pursue to bring back jobs
1. Withdraw the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership
2. Appoint the toughest and smartest trade negotiators to fight on behalf of American workers.
3. Direct the Secretary of Commerce to identify every violation of trade agreements a foreign country is currently using to harm our workers, then direct all appropriate agencies to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses.
4. Tell NAFTA partners I intend to immediately renegotiate the terms of that agreement to get a better deal for our workers. If they do not agree to a renegotiation, then I will submit notice under Article 2205 of the NAFTA agreement that America intends to withdraw from the deal.
5. Instruct Treasury Secretary to label China a currency manipulator. Any country that devalues their currency in order to take advantage of the United States will be met with sharply
6. Instruct the U.S. Trade Representative to bring trade cases against China, both in this country and at the WTO. China's unfair subsidy behavior is prohibited by the terms of its entrance to the WTO, and I intend to enforce those rules.
I7. f China does not stop its illegal activities, including its theft of American trade secrets, I will use every lawful presidential power to remedy trade disputes, including the application of tariffs consistent with Section 201 and 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
Many people have their books written for them. This is nothing new. Also - Schwarts wasn't a ghost writer. He was credited for co-writing the book. Your article is obviously confused and so are you.
If your hearing a voice while you read its in your head.
Why is Trump suing Schwartz now?
Nah. He won't do that if he can't even start with himself. You see his press conference yesterday? Talking about how angry and butthurt he is about being talked about at the DNC? He's a baby.
@cainetao11: Look, both are shit. Not many can or would refute that. One has been in the office and royally fucked up, twice.
Trump, although hate him, at least understands business which will hopefully lead to non government jobs. There is at least that hope. Other than that, meh.
But people saying were doomed if trump wins are like the same idiots saying that when Obama won.
@JimB: who gives a **** about how many american flags they had at their convention. It doesn't mean anything

Hey man if you have flags that's all you need. No platform. Just flags.

Look, we are coming off an administration that has set the all time US record for job creation, most non government.
We're talking about man who recently says he knows nothing of Vladimir Putin, never met him. But when his miss Universe pageant was in Russia a few years back, he said on camera that he has a good relationship with him.
It makes sense nobody would show up. One of the weakest candidates in decades, who is there to maintain the status quo. It does not get people excited like "THE WORLD IS ON FIRE!!!! GIVE ME POWER AND I WILL SMITE OUR ENEMIES WITH NUCLEAR!!!!"

No. He made his money by inheriting millions of dollars. And he screwed people as much as possible just like his dad. Do you think making money is difficult if you start with millions? Getting to the millions is the hard part. After that any kind of sensible investment increases your money several fold. He is a trust fund baby. You have to be a crack head to not be successful after that kind of head start. He could have invested his inheritance into a general market index fund and ended up exactly were he is with no thought given to it. Working class people don't know that and that's why they think he is a "smart" business man.

The world was on fire under Bush. Obama straightened a lot of that out. Unemployment down, stock market way up. The Obama status quo is actually pretty decent as we are headed in the right direction. The people who think we are on the wrong path are those who focus on social issues like pro life, anti-gay rights, ant-marijuana legalization, against the end of the Cuban embargo, against the end of Guantanamo, for the preference shown to white males, and pro war against Muslims whether they are terrorists or not and pro creationism and the Christian bible taught in schools as well as environmental science denying. Not to mention taxing the rich, minimum wage increases and healthcare and college education for all. I'll take the status quo then.

You have no proof of that at all. Trump claims he took a loan of 1m only. Other than that, we have no facts (no I'm not saying he only had a mil available to him. I don't know).
The rest...is just wrong.

Is there a good reason you consider his word the most relevant info on the subject?
Looks like he inherited 40 million minimum. Seems hard to say the exact amount. What else do you feel is wrong about my post?

Are you aware he got an inheritance? Fred Trump was worth hundreds of millions, and split it up equally between his children when he died, excluding Freddie, whom I guess he deemed an alcoholic, and not serious enough.

I dont know if I'd go that far. Lots of wealthy people have blown their money on terrible investments. look at all these poor pro athletes. But trump in actual business is not very good. Many of his companies have gone bankrupt. He's decent at real estate, but you're right in the sense that you need money to make money in that venture.

Ok not just crack heads then. That was a bit of hyperbole. Also athletes or others with no common sense money management skills. Still doesn't make him a good businessman. Just a person who has a lot of money to begin with who isn't any more absolutely terrible with money than most of us . Actually, he mostly relies on his lack of ethics. He could have just invested well and not screwed people over and be in the same place financially.

I think he's very overrated as a businessman. Definitely agree on that. Have bro-in-law in business, and that's his thoughts as well.
@Gaming-Planet:
A vote for Hillary or Trump is a wasted vote, they won't fix any of America's problems.
Only person who will is Gary Johnson or Jill Stein, and they will move in a positive direction for the country to boot.
Fixed it for you.

He could file corporate bankruptcies and cause himself no personal harm. It will ensure many contractors don't get paid and are out of luck but he comes out of it just fine. Many lives and companies ruined and jobs lost but he carries on. He did this several times and it's basically his business model. Scamming people causes him no loss of sleep. He's a practiced conman. He does it because it's financially viable. Rich people like him lobby the government and write the rules. Business is simple when you have the money to pay off politicians. Crony capitalism and he is the king of it in his own mind.

No. It may benefit himself personally but as far as business is concerned that is not a good business plan.
@LJS9502_basic: As a business, as in a collection of people working towards a goal, it's awful. But they aren't in on the scam. The business is there to only benefit Trump because that's how he rolls. Sure most banks would not lend him money at this point ( http://www.wsj.com/articles/when-donald-trump-needs-a-loan-he-chooses-deutsche-bank-1458379806)but that doesn't bother him. He is a rich man and is running for president and winning. The whole world is his personal oyster and it works out that way because of corruption and stupidity among our politicians and electorate respectively. His businesses are not successful over all but he doesn't let that stop him from making money. So I agree with you, he's not a "good" businessman.

Are you sure? I feel the same thing hillelslovak is feeling. There is something extraordinarily stupid happening here. The stench is in the air. The biggest problem we are facing is not Trump but that a majority aren't smart enough to see him for the despicable person he is. How can we get anywhere in this country when our average IQ is this low?

I dont even think its trump. I think you have a large number of people that are disenfranchised by government, and they are rallying to the supposed "outsider". Its a shame because that outsider is a jackass with no clue.

They could have rallied to an outsider like Bernie. But he is a socialist! Even though they don't really understand what that means they have been told it's a bad word so they can't support him. They could vote for Gary Johnson but they don't know who he is because they can't be bothered to research anything beyond what Fox News informs them of. And if they were to hear the word libertarian they would confuse it with liberal and assume he is a communist which couldn't be more opposed to what he thinks. They could support Jill Stein but they have never heard of her and if they did they would know she is in the green party and green reminds them of tree huggers and marijuana and Fox News tells them both of those things are bad. Trump feeds them a line of easy to see through bullshit but they can't see through it. They see American flags and bald eagles and cops and military and eat it up. This is why I worry. The IQ in this country is not what it should be. I don't know how we got here but we just have to do something about it!

If the Dems get out and vote and the kids get over the Bernie thing.....he doesn't stand a chance.
@cainetao11: He was promoting his event which was being held in russia...
What do jobs have to do with clinton
So promoting makes it ok to say he has a great relationship with Russia's president, but 3 years later say he's never met the man, has no relationship with him?

You have no proof of that at all. Trump claims he took a loan of 1m only. Other than that, we have no facts (no I'm not saying he only had a mil available to him. I don't know).
The rest...is just wrong.

Is there a good reason you consider his word the most relevant info on the subject?
Looks like he inherited 40 million minimum. Seems hard to say the exact amount. What else do you feel is wrong about my post?
REKT chute, are you really going by Trump's word?
@cainetao11: Isn't it obvious? Trump has said over and over that US workforce is not competitive. US labor is too expensive because we have much higher environmental requirements, tax higher, and etc.. Of course he is not using American labor because it is too expensive. After he makes America Great Again, he would of course hire more American labors.
But they can afford to pay executives 7-8 figure salaries?http://inequalityforall.com/ watch this. In the 1970s, which was not a great decade for us economically, CEOs avg salary was 300k-500k/year while avg middle class was 40-45k/year. This millennium CEOs avgs $20million to $90 million per year compared to a mid class that avgs 51-55k /year. So the problem is labor? But the inflation of executive salaries doesn't play a part? We've never had higher corporate profits or a higher market avg, but a $7.25/hour Min wage is the problem?
Tell me are you one of the people that believes climate change isn't real?
@cainetao11: Look, both are shit. Not many can or would refute that. One has been in the office and royally fucked up, twice.
Trump, although hate him, at least understands business which will hopefully lead to non government jobs. There is at least that hope. Other than that, meh.
But people saying were doomed if trump wins are like the same idiots saying that when Obama won.
Look, we are coming off an administration that has set the all time US record for job creation, most non government.
We're talking about man who recently says he knows nothing of Vladimir Putin, never met him. But when his miss Universe pageant was in Russia a few years back, he said on camera that he has a good relationship with him.

Do you just pull shit out of your ass?
Trump is going to win. When a major party candidate asks another country to violate America's security, and nobody really cares, it is over. I was only 14 when the 2000 election was happening, and I felt a wave of stupid momentum carrying Bush to the white house, and I feel it now. He could be the man who hastens America's downfall as a superpower greatly. We have had some stupid presidents, and some violent presidents, but he is both. He is Caligula incarnate, but instead of Little Boots, his nickname is Little Hands, or pauxillum manus,
well, "little hands" won't win this election.
Dude's polling in the low fourties mostly and has been for months now even with multiple polling bumps. I wouldn't worry about it. Hilary just needs to get her polling numbers above 45% and maybe 50% and she will do fine. This election will likely end up with hilary winning in a landslide especially if trump struggles to get out of the low 40's in the polls.
