The people I live with in college think of me as a nerd although not because I play video games but becasue im doing a degree in law and accounting so I have to study a lot while they rarely study.
They consider me as a nerd but not as a typical anti-social nerd. You see, my life isn't overly nerdy, but enough so that it shows up. I'd actually think that people think of me as a runner first and a nerd second. In fact, I think most people consider me a nerd because of my grades and overall random knowledge of current events and science topics that other people my age don't really pay attention to.
My true nerdiness, with games and computers is kinda concealed behind the other stuff.
From the outset I think people think I'm more of a football player than a nerd (my build), but when they start to get to know me they see I have a 'nerdy' side
I'm smart, so people who never talk to me and see that i got 90% on a maths test might think of me as nerdy. But people who know even the slightest bit wouldn't go as far as calling me a full on nerd, I might get a few "cool nerd" comments at times though. If anything, I'm fairly geeky, but no one knows that side of me.

Almost every person in Secondary school calls me a nerd just because I look totally different (steel boots for example). Some people ask me silly stuff about Satan... They just don't know much about me or this ''DIFFERENT'' lifestyleso they start asking and commenting stupid false facts about me. At this point (although I'm just one) they all are bigger nerds than I am.

how odd. I don't see how steel boots and Satan has anything to do with being a nerd.
I dress pretty well, talk a lot (now, was shy before in high school), go to partiesso I don't look it but I am a nerd and i never hide it when talking to people.
