a lot of people livin the the underground subway but do alot of people reside in the sewer? is it inhabitable for people?

They're like, not even enough room to stand in there and I don't even bums would want to put up with the SWARMS OF DISGUSTING COCKROACHES GOD I HATE ROACHES.

Yes there are some in Mexico, street kids well there was like 20 years ago I'm not too sure if it's still the case now but in Mexico there are really no bums everyone's working even if homeless by washing windshields, selling gum etc.
