No I don't care about their past partners. The past is the past and if I'm with them now and I feel the relationship is solid then I don't care about past indiscretions.

I've got to an age now where everyone I'll ever be with will have a past. Sometimes it's hard to get over and there's always a tiny worry of not being good enough etc but it's just part of growing up I guess.

I prefer virgins, but I really don't mind anymore.

I'm getting older and that expectation is getting more and more unrealistic.

I don't mind that they've had sex, but when they still talk to the guys and are "still friends"; that's what bothers me.

I don't want to be able to see the guy who she's done it with, he should be only a distant idea in my mind.

You sound just like my ex :| He couldn't stand the thought of me talking to my ex back then which I thought was unfair because we were still good friends. My and Braindead_hero both still talk to our ex's and I think it's great that we both trust each other and we can talk about stuff like that :)

A lot of people seam like they'd rather just not know. If she did then I'd hope she would not only tell me but be comfortable talking to me about it and why she left him and stuff. That's a pretty big part of her life you want to pretend doesn't exist. Of course, I'm one of those guys who hopes my GF will talk about what guys she thinks are cute and stuff along with me being able to talk about what girls I think are cute and stuff. Being able to talk about things like that just shows another level acceptance with each other and how we can share any emotions we have.VacantPsalm

I love Braindead_hero because we both feel comfortable talking about stuff :) I found it awful that my ex couldn't admit he found other women attractive and I felt bad for pointing out that some guy on TV is cute. With Braindead_hero we're really open about stuff like that and we both talk to our ex's. It just shows we love and trust each other which I think is great :)
