Wrong. You can prove/disprove this "invisible elephant with wings". As you stated, its only invisible. That doesn't mean its not subject to the laws in our universe. Its still made of matter and would still be able to be seen by rain hitting it, dumping paint on it, etc. and would still be able to be heard and felt. And if its able to walk all around us, it shouldn't be hard to find since its pretty obvious when an elephant is walking around you.But that's the problem with it though. I can say that an invisible elephant with wings walk around all of us. Can you prove or disprove it? No. That doesn't mean it exists. I know some people believe God exists. But that's faith. Faith should never be mixed with facts. If you can't prove God exists, you can't say that as a fact. Believe it, have faith in it. But faith = fact.

So your example fails.
We've been over this before. If something is infinite (God), then it doesn't need to be created or come out of nothing because it was always there. Also, the universe isn't infinite.Well I suppose whether you believe in the existence of God comes down to this:
i. You believe that something infinite came out of nothing
ii. You believe that something infinite with infinite power and knowledge came out of nothing and created something infinite
james28893
well that depends if you believe in god or not...
if you think of it as mother nature... well I dont know but I would hazard a "yes someday man will be able to overcome mother nature"

The universe is, in a sense, infinite, its kind of confusing though. It has a bunch of dark matter theories and such.
