Do you agree with this? "High school years are the best years of your life.

Of course it depends on a lot of things, so please vote based on personal experience and post your thoughts on the subject.

Considering I'm still in high school, then yes. But I sure hope it's much more fun owning a house and getting a job =/

In a way it was because I really had no responsibilities, no bills, etc. Just wish I hadnt been such a weirdo and nervous around girls in HS :(

But I enjoy my life more now because I am out on my own, doing my own thing and do not have to answer/rely on anyone...and ive only been out 3 years haha.

It depends on the person, but it seems sad to say that those were the best. I can understand college because your paving the way for your career and are free. But it all depends, a lot of those people I know who fell in love wit HS did not do so well later on.

I never went Highschool or College or Uni, so how the hell does it apply to me? Or what the hell does that even mean? That i've not even lived? I know I wish I did get to go to higher education but that wasn't meant to be for me, but I don't think anyone can name one thing even your above avarage high school student has experienced that I have not (except graduating).

There were a few bright spots but they were absolutely horrible overall.

It is a time of pain and degradation. University was much better.

They are only "the best" if you are one of the lucky popular few. Otherwise, they are a nightmarish ordeal that must be endured in order to get to adulthood and a decent shot at a better life.

Anyone who says otherwise is one of those people who like to stuff guys like me into my locker. :P

I found high school to definently not be the best years of my life. Actually, after high school is when things started to really pick up for me.

A lot of people tend to remember the good times maybe that is why they think of High school more fondly then others. Not saying some people don't enjoy it, its just the negatives slip their minds.

Well seeing as I've got about 1 year before I finish 6th form, I'd say it's the worst years of your life, it's boring, dull, yeah ok sure there are some nice people, but I came for education mainly, and most people are VERY stereotypical of others thoughts. So plain and simple, no.

I have to go with False. High School is a pain in the rear end. College is a little better.

I agree for those who went to college or university, those years were probably the best. Youth, no responsibilities and a lot of freedom.

Since I was homeschooled in high school, and my teacher was my mom, absolutely not. Despite it being easier and more convenient, I still wonder what a real high school would of been like. It seems like it would of been better than staying at home all day.

I'm in high school and I can safely say that these are the worst years of my life.

There are times where it looks like where it will pick up, but then Life just teases me.

They were most certainly easy, but in sadly they failed to prepare me for college. College has prepared me for college and now these are the best years of my life thus far. It also seems easier to meet people in college compared to highschool.

High school was terrible. It was so boring, and the drama was very annoying.
