[QUOTE="Omni-Slash"]sure you can meet somone over the web..but without a physical meeting or contact...it's sure to end in epic failure...binpink
Yea, you can't replace physical time together. And eventually wouldn't you want the relationship to go somewhere, so you'd have to live near or with each other?
I'd probably have some trust issues at some point too. Because you could be misled about their entire life. You put a lot of trust in someone when you're constantly 'taking their word for it'.
All very true.
I cannot understand how someone would meet someone online from another country and start a relationship with said person without any way to go see the person. There has to be that potential to see eachother and take things further. Sure I guess if you KNEW you would be able to move to them at some point it is possible. They are developing things too at this point so people can pleasure eachother over the internet as well so I am guessing such relationships will increase and be more sucessful as well.
And yes, trust is a big issue. It is the major thing I struggle with having not met the girl yet. Alot of the trust issues go away once you meet them in person, however. At that point, once you know they are in fact the person in their picture, there really isn't anymore trust required beyond what goes into ANY regular relationship.
