After watching so much ghost hunters, yes.......yes I do. Now I feel like people are watching me when I do my business. martialbullet
Yeah I don't see how all the evidence from all those episodes can just be dismissed as "hoaxes". Geez, some people are just so unyielding towards new beliefs...

I do, because science still fails to explain how life came to be and how the materials for the Big Bang came to be.SmashBrosLegend

Science hasn't explained how God came to be, do you believe in him?

Did God tell you that babies were exempt?

Go read the Bible. Or the post above yours.

I'm unsure. I doubt the existence of God, but I do not rule it out entirely. But atheists who follow the big bang theory have a fundamental flaw in their logic. Atheists argue that there is no evidence for a God, and that almost all that we percieve can be explained by the laws of physics. But for the big bang to have happened, there would have had to have been a complete breakdown in the laws of physics.

I think there should be something. Seems kinda weird just stopping to exist. Maybe our brains are just too emotional to cope with that idea.

No, it's just over.

All the more reason to make the most out of this life, but without hurting other people's chances at making the most of theirs.

No, you don't. Your life could simply end. Your brain is dead. You don't feel anything and you could just rot in a hole.

You only exist in other people's memories, which like the after-life are a reflection of your deeds (or lack thereof).

Yes, I believe very much in that. As far as I know, humans are meant to live forever. Only that in different dimensions. We will live on in our afterlife

There is a massive hole in this logic.. For one people die and do not have access to the Christian faith (or any other major religion with this similar approach).. Hell what if you died before Christianity was even indoctrinated as a religion? I guess all those millions of people all went to hell because god was late?

I wish people would study before pointing out "masive holes in peoples' logic."

Before Jesus, yes, everybody went to Hell. When Jesus died, He went straight to Hell and got them out.

Oh I see so he actually judged rationally by a person character, but now the main ticket in heaven is belief in god.. Not saving or helping millions of people, not the person who contributes their entire life to helping man and earth.. But the local Bible flailer who believes in god because their mother and father beat it into them before they could reason correctly.. Any one else see a massive flaw in this?

All of this is based on your (poor) understanding of the religion, as well as your own (incorrect) preconceptions, and is basically meaningless.

I admit I am not a expert in major religions.. I never stated that.. But the major precept to admission in paradise by many peoples views is the acceptance of Jesus/god.. IS this incorrect?

There is a faith/works combination called the Semitic Totality Concept. Basically, genuine faith produces the good works, and both and niether are required for intro into Heaven.

See this is where faith makes a complete 180.. You showed me a view point ina mount of different view points in Christanity.. Also faith does not create good action it has been shown in philosophy numerous times that man can coexist peacefully and morally with out religion in their culture.. My point being is your claiming Christanity as an entire religion some how has set views.. When it does not.. Hell the entire population can't even agree on whether the rediiculous story of Noah's Ark is fact, exgerrated or metaphore..

There are many viewpoints. How many of them can be the correct one(s)?

I didn't say ONLY faith produces good works; I am well aware you don't need to believe in Christ to be good, but faith in Christ produces the good works that praise Him. . .read the link, it explains it better than I.

Christianity has several set views. . .including the Ressurection of Christ, the Creation by God, the teachings of Jesus and His disciples, and more.

They can't agree, but it doesn't mean they are all right or wrong.

Well agnostic (sp), you know, I believe in god, I have complited three sacraments baptism, confirmation and eucarist, but afterlife, pff, why believe in that?, being a perfect catholic is impossible, specially with all that rules, at least I follow the some rules and try to no commit any deadly sin

I think it's off to heaven or hell depending on the person. Don't have any proof of this though. But it's a nice thought that ; if your sent toheaven you get to be with lost friends and loved ones.

I believe in an afterlife of sorts, but it is nothing even remotely similar to the life we have now...
