Do you believe in love after death?

To tell you the truth, I don't really buy into it either. It's just one of these beliefs which are too good to be true and beliefs which are too good are usually false. I believe love ends with physical death. I don't think love is intended to last forever anyway. Everything needs to have an end even if it's something good. Anything good which lasts for eternity loses its value and meaning.

If love isn't eternal, then it isn't love. Honestly, I'm surprised people are actually siding with the 'no', option. Obviously, if there is no afterlife, the corpse cannot love it's former lover, but that lover can always cherish the deceased person's memory, and love said person forever. Love - if it is love - does not end at death.

All this proves is that the living people who remained can still love the person who died but it doesn't prove that dead people can love. I like to believe that when I'm dead I can't love my wife anymore and when she dies she can't love me anymore too. Nothing lasts forever, not even the universe itself.
