I don't think they monitor that in any way possible.. What they do is they have the forum flagged.. And have a program check and record if a few dozen key words were said that activated it.. Its not physically possible to have a agent in every site, nor is it cost effective when there is countless.

I would argue only in the case if certain terms were said that set off the program to record it.. Outside of that no.

Haha, definitely not. There's nothing worth observing here since moderation is so strict. The worst that ever happens here is a porn suicide thread with straight, adult porn in it. For a site to get monitored it has to be regularly involved in things like terrorism, hacking, child porn distribution, etc.gameguy6700

Monitored directly yes, monitored indirectly probably.. I am certain just about every forum is out there... In which a system is devoted to searching for terms put in the warning vocab group tries to monitor everything out there.. And flags certain specific webpages with a specific words or sentence in it.
