"(i dont want't to start a fight:D)"
It begins... I'm British and I'm agnostic...go figure. I don't believe in any religion, though...
*sigh*
Before long this will become a heated debate. If the TC only understood what he just released upon OT... :P

Perhaps if he didn't use the word "brainwashed" to describe a nice chunk of America's population. . .:D
Yeah, I can't imagine that helps matters. Even without that you know what this is gonna turn into.[QUOTE="Theokhoth"][QUOTE="Cube_of_MooN"]*sigh*

I can hold out some hope for humanity, can't I? Can't I?
I have a feeling that hope will soon be shattered. :(Well, there's been about fifteen posts so far without any fires, so maybe, just maybe, hope exists for this topic after all!

believing in God is against company regulations, something to do with all that new-wave movement and how the company is trying to look hip or something, go figure. well i like this job so i signed the contract and agreed to not believe.
and since we can't really talk about anything meaningful at work, like philosophy or religion (this is actually been so strongly infused that people look at you like a weirdo if you do try to talk about these subjects) no one has the stated his opinion here.
I believe in God, but not in religion. I believe there is a greater being that is responsible for miracles, nature, etc., but I absolutely despise religious rituals and sacraments. IMHO, all one needs to worry about in life is doing the RIGHT thing, not for God or religion, but for oneself.
PS, people who say, "I was saved on (insert date) and now I thank Jesus and live through Him everyday!" tick me off a little.

What, may I ask, fascist company is that, so I can avoid their products and employers like the Black Death?

Yeah, please do tell us. I'd also like to know, but for quite opposite reasons >_>

I actually suspect he is lying. . . .a company cannot legally force someone to not hold a religious belief (at least, not in America), and most certainly cannot fire an employee for holding it.
But still. If such a company exists then I want nothing to do with it.

Yeah, it sounds very odd indeed. I don't understand why he'd want to make up such a strange lie though. Hmm, until I receive further information, I'm going to assume that he lives in China or North Korea :P

Nope, I'm agnostic.
Even if there was an entity that did create the universe, looking at our world, I wouldn't "believe" in him.
yes I do and I don't understand how people don't. Every atheist is a believer on there death bed.
please I do not want to debate, I answered the question
LILSMUCK
Belief borne of fear is irrational and just as fallible as any other belief.
I didn't want to get into any debate but that is silly...we are considered Gods children.
How many parents raised there kids to be drug addicts, rapist or murderers...things just happen. Created not controls
I think if there is a God than he aren't doing his job. Ok it's a hard job to do but hey he created us so why can't he fix us? I mean all the stuff with wars and like that
