Do you bump fists?

There are a couple of people I greet with this way. Most of the friends I just do the man hug.

I don't make any physical contact with those icky people.

edit - I don't even know how to hug any more. Where the hell do you put your arms!? Over? Under? I'm so confused.

Bumping fists is pretty commonplace, especially in the military and law enforcement.

If I'm eating and my hands are oily or have food on them, then I bump fists instead of performing a normal handshake.

i fist bump all the time. even with the old folks.

Just got back from Jamaica yesterday for spring break, and that's all people do down their. After every conversation with the workers at the hotel, you always fist bump. That's how I greet my friends so it wasn't anything different for me when I was down there. I only handshake if I'm meeting someone for the first time.

Yeah i do every once in a while. Actually did it twice before my exam on thursday as i was passing by my friends to take my seat.

Sometimes, when somebody says something particular funny directed my way I give them "respekt knuckles" to show my appreciation. But for some reason things often get kind of hazy and I have trouble aiming so I keep giving them "respect" over and over again even though things keep spinning and it becomes harder and harder to hear or see much of anything but again again I thrust my fist forward harder and harder with each motion I take desperately attempting to make contact with my point of respect.

Then, eventually I tire and things come back into focus and there's always some guy laying at my feet with a messy pile of skin of bone where a face one was and I end up wandering away slightly confused.

I don't why this keeps happening to me.
