I tend to bring shurikens, nunchuks, and magic scrolls with me.

I carry around my spellbook with back up mana potions in case I get out numbered.

Nah, I feel pretty safe around where I live. Self defense is mandatory for grade 9/10 gym, but they never teach you how to get away from more than one attacker...

I carry a multi-tool in my pocket. Very handy but I have never used it for protection.

I carry a nice size pocket knife on me at all times when outside the house and I am not affraid to use it.

No. I'm fairly intimidating and bulky from working out. I got no qualms throwing down.

I got a pocket knife, but it takes two hands to open (no real mechanism to quickly open it).

I got my size 14 4E feet to kick ass with

I got two huge bearpaws to punch, choke, and grapple with

and I got a large size and mass to move people around with.

I think there is a good reason why Ive never really been mugged or jumped lol. Ive been in rough neighborhoods all my life too.

All I have with me when I'm out is my student driver permit, my wallet and my phone. I'll be relying on my fists if I get into a fight or rely on my legs to get me out!

Nope, because if I carry a weapon I'd better be prepared to use it, and I don't know if I could stab or shoot someone unless my life was in real danger. Plus it could always be turned against me and make the situation all the worse. Being aware of my surroundings and not stumbling into bad situations is what I do to try to stay out of trouble. If all else fails, I have my car key as a last resort to strike with.

Never have and so far have never been anywhere close to a situation where I felt I could have used a weapon. I am a weightlifter so I am pretty confident in my ability to protect myself, thankfully I haven't been tested.

I have a balisong [butterfly knife] in my back pocket at all times. I've never had to use it though. And yes, I know how to play with the knife.

I was denied entry in my local train station for carrying it, too.

And now that I remembered, I do have a traditional Cretan knife that I was given as a gft but I dont carry it around. Its just very beautiful.
