Yeah, but not in a good way. I get much more shy and suppressed when talking to them.

I get more shy and giggly when I talk to guys because I get a little nervous around certain guys sometimes, especially when I have a crush on them. I am definitely capable of speaking normally with guys, though.. When I talk to fellow girls, I pretty much speak normally.

Yes, I usually change a bit, I'm pretty shy. When I'm with the girl I'm currently seeing though, I'm totally myself:)

I don't think I change the way I speak for members of the opposite sex. Instead I believe that I change the way I speak to strangers, regardless of what gender they are.

Not at all. I was going to say that it changed a little, then I remembered that I flirt with my guy friends too.

I was actually thinking about this today. It's kind of complicated. (And I do none of this consciously.) I tend to censor myself more when I'm talking to friends and girls I don't really know very well are around, but not if guys I don't really know very well are around. But when I'm just with friends, male or female, I just say what I want to say.

It has more to do with social status than male/female.

yeah I completely do that. I honestly dont know why I do that for some reason I talk in a deeper tone when I talk w/ girls and I usually speak slower w/ guys I just talk wayy faster. and end up yelling at most of them. I'm pretty loud around guys.

Generally I act in a decent matter regardless of to whom I am speaking. It doesn't matter if the person is a friend I have had for years, or if it is someone I have just met. I try (and fail on many occasions) to treat everyone with decency and respect.

If I'm around people I don't know or just met, I put my best foot forward. I'm more carefree with my speech around my female friends.

With my main friends I talk softer.
With my second group of friends I am all like "Yo Gangsta Gangsta!"
With girls...its a combo of both lmao.
