Not daily, I'd say once every 3 days :P and I usually do 30 in one go, maybe ~100 total if I'm in the mood, I'm only capable of doing 30 in one go :? you'd think I'd improve over time but I just fall when I hit 30

Pffft..I was doing more than that at 16.Yeah, I workout daily. The thing is, 'cause of Thanksgiving, I actually haven't worked out in, like, three days. I'm gonna' become a fatso if this keeps up.:P

Oh man. Normally, no. Because I do landscaping which is plenty workout for a day...But if I'm not working, then I normally spend some time lifting weights and doing push-ups/sit-ups.

I try and do 50 every go...sometimes i only do 30-40..i used to do sit-ups too..but i'm too lazy for that now..
Pushups every other day. Let the muscles rest and grow. Don't overwork that specific part of the body. You're welcome to work out anything else though. :) WestSideAznI don't think so. You can do push ups every day.. unless you're doing an insane amount of push ups(1000+) or adding extra weight to them.. there is really no reason to do it every other day. It's such a basic work out that it's actually probably better you do them every day.. IT's not the same as free weight training. I do push ups every day seperated from my time spent at the gym lifting free weights. And it really doesn't prevent my muscles from growing or becoming stronger. It's actually good to do light strength exercises for muscle groups you all ready worked the day before. You won't over work your muscles.

Dude i was doin 100 push ups in a row when i was 13 lolI have stretches were I'm very good about working out and stretches were I pretty much never work out. When I'm good I try to crank out 50 a day. I really prefer lifting Iron in the gym though.
@ PCFrak - ahh, that explains it then. I did Martial Arts a bunch years ago (prolly from age 13 to 17) on average 5 days a week, about 75 push-ups per class. I stopped because the dojo just wasn't for me anymore, and started doing the gym thing. it's been 3 years since I stopped Martial Arts, and even though I've kept in relatively good shape, but doing push-ups now hurts right in the ball-socket joint of my shoulder, has nothing to do with flabby pecs.
