Do you dream in First Person?

It always struck me as odd, when watching films, tv etc.

If the protagonist is in a dream scene, its from a third person - camera angle (inception, Eternal sunshine, etc) does it make people think they also dream in this perspective?

Like an out of body experience?

My dreams are hazy I don't remeber much

yes, I'm pretty sure its first person, just the same as in real

I dream in 2D/Side-Scrolling, no lie. I grew up on Super Metroid, Flashback and Sonic 2... so it just stuck with me.

P.S. - I always wake up because I'm falling down a pit/abyss

First person, and when I turn around or open a door the dream totally changes and it's madness.

Thats interesting, almost everyones dreams are hazy and hard to remember, but when I think about it in 3rd person, I tend to recall more of the dream.

I do remeber one day dreaming in 3rd person on day but that wa the day I played 14 hours of max payne :P

viewing angle wise, sometimes It feels like im driving a car in GTA or something, I remember it as that, but also kind of visualize it again as first person if that makes any sense.

Because I am a true warrior FPS player, I always dream in first person, even if it turns ugly. In fact, I don't think I've ever had a third person dream.

I've had third-person dreams, and oddly enough I don't find them any less realistic until waking up.

I rarely remember what I wear in first person dreams, but I'm more aware of my own attire in third person dreams.

I switch back and forth from third to first in most of my dreams.

My dreams mostly play out like movies or tv shows with how they have several different angles.

Sometimes when I'm in third person, it's not even me.

all are except one where i was dreaming about entering an experimental spacecraft(looks like xb-70) on space while an invasion is on.

you should do what i do and keep a dream diary. in fact i just read through mine and all the memories of past dreams came flooding back :)

nope, not every dream. just the ones that are interesting and stick with me. i had a dream last night and still remember it and could easily write it down but it wasn't really significant so i won't.

but seriously keeping a dream diary is amazing. everyone should do it.

Sometimes but not always, it's pretty much the same stuff I go through everyday in life.

I seems to switch between 1st and 3rd person in dreams, kinda like a ghost just watching rather than it being meWolls
