The last one i had was back in August when i got one for free from the university bookstore. It was warm and gross. I think it was my second one ever:P
I drink NO-Xplode for pre workout energy, and it lasts for about 5 hours, and you dont really experience a crash. Although its recommended to stop taking it for 4 weeks after a 12 weeks cycle because your body becomes immune to it, and i assume its pretty bad for your kidneys.
I don't get why everyone is saying they're unhealthy, because they're really not. A lot of them are packed with Vitamic C and a bunch of other stuff surprisingly. Just because you hear the word "energy" and "drink" put together doesn't mean it's some "I'm gonna be macho for drinking this" drink, like it's always connotated as.
