Do you ever bring your own beer or do you share with others? I don't think i've ever brought my own beer, I always share with people I know.

Not to nitpick, but doesn't that song mean 'bring your own bombs?' since the lyrics are about blowing things up?
Yes actually it does mean Bring Your Own Bombs. I just thought the title of the song fit with the topic :P. You do know I'm talking about beer, not bombs right? Not to nitpick, but doesn't that song mean 'bring your own bombs?' since the lyrics are about blowing things up?

I always bring beer along, and then everyone tends to share whatever's there.
I would never assume it was ok for me to drink someone else's drinks if I didn't bring anything myself.

It's not like SOAD invented the acronym. "BYOB" has always meant "bring your own bottle" or "bring your own beer".
All of the time. When you get invited to a social gathering, especially here in Wisconsin, it is only polite to bring at least a 6 pack of your favorite adult beverage for others to consume. They usuaully will have their own at the party, but unless they are your best friends and you pay them back often in other ways (food, entertainment, ect.), bring your own. Bring some to share and you will be much more well recived.

You dont get out much do you.....
Usually, this weekend was the first time I haven't. My friends and I were unexpectedly invited to a backyard kegger after we were already in the neighborhood.
[QUOTE="D3nnyCrane"]Buy your own, and then challenge beer-pinchers to mortal combat. Stealing a man's beer is a fatal man-offence.Wolls
Whats worse is when people put salt in your beer :x
Well that is just wrong...How is that sharing beer if you dont bring any? Thats called mooching.Do you ever bring your own beer or do you share with others? I don't think i've ever brought my own beer, I always share with people I know.

if it's a kegger, then it's understandable that you wouldn't bring beer.
