I rarely drink, period. Alchohol is a toxin, why put it inside yourself.ithilgore2006I don't know, same reason we eat food's with MSG and drink caffeine. Its all about moderation, if your drinking 10 beers everynight it will tear your body down but our body has a way of cleaning itself.
Im 16 and still havnt been drunk yet... Mostly because beer tastes like crap.bungie091you can always try hard-liquor  Anyways, drinking alone is not bad. It can even be relaxing. Though sometimes I drank beer alone, is much better and "happier" to drink alcohol with a bunch of friend
[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"]Sometimes I'll have a drink or two at night if I feel like it. Haven't had any in awhile. Hmmm.......nuttybarYou could rob a liquor store, I hear there's one up where you live in pennsylvania...
I have the keys to that.....:D
I'm alone right now.......drinking coke, but that probably doesn't count, right?SolidSnake_108
Not unless there's any vodka in it?
Although I'm more a vodka and lemonade kind of person. Even better, vodka orange...... with the orange juice, you can convince yourself you're being healthy =D
Well like I said when I created the thread it doesnt have to be a sad type of thing. Drinking a beer or two relaxes you, drinking that alone is almost the same reason you sit back and drink tea alone. Im not talking about getting wasted by yourself because there is really nothing to do by yourself at that point, so I would agree that is quite sad.Drinking alone is kind of sad don`t you think?

You have the keys to a store full of liquor and you havn't had a drink in a while. I should have heard the sound of a car starting by now[QUOTE="AgentA-Mi6"]Well like I said when I created the thread it doesnt have to be a sad type of thing. I used to drink by myself, but then I started to cross that fine line between "by yourself" and "with yourself."
I would sidle up to the bar, order myself the rum and pineapple juice. I would tip the glass at myself, grin slyly, and murmur, "Hey, there, swee thing, you come in alone tonight?"
"Why, yes," I would slur back at myself.
I would craftily slide onto the stool next to myself, "Can I buy you a drink?"
"Certainly. I'll have one of whatever you're having."
By this point, the first rum and pineapple juice would be reduced to nothing but melting ice, so I'd wave over the bartender (who was generally watching me out of the corner of his eye). "Bartender, another one of these for me and my new friend here." I'd turn my attention back to myself after the drinks arrived. "Been in town long?"
Well, from there, the night would grow progressively more confusing, as a third Myself would enter into the picture, the drunk wingman to the first Myself. From there, I would proceed to argue with the wingman not-quite quietly about who would take home the second Myself, until the third Myself started knocking down shots sullenly.... and well, by then, the first and second Myself's (Myselves? That's the problem with drunken split personalities) were practically out the door, arm in arm.
It was a very confusing period of my life. Thankfully, I drowned most of the confusion in sweet, sweet alcohol.
Do you ever have a night where you stay inside doing things by yourself and decide to drink and relax? Now I know to the avid drinkers it will sound like a silly question and to less avid drinkers it will sound as if its a plea of loneliness but that is not always the case. Im not implying getting drunk although im sure many people do that by themselves, but more referring to drinking 2 or 3 at night. To people who don't drink or have yet to, would you consider it? When I choose to I enjoy nothing more than sitting at my desk listening to music while posting on a forum or in a chatroom while contemplating whatever there is to contemplate.HomiegesusWhen I drink its with friends or when I go to a social outting but when I just want to chill/look at crap online I smoke a bowl. Time passes super slow and everything is a lot more fun/funny/enjoyable.

It's actually good to drink in moderation, it trains the liver. It can help you in tough times, give you courage, etc... Alcohol pwnz hard.
