BMI is flawed sinced it don't take in body compsition... height/weight means very little.
I'm 190Lbs, 5'10, I could stand to lose 10-15 pounds of fat but the significant muscle I have under that fat makes me look a little buff.

Well, I'm extremely skinny, I try to make my arms more 'filled in' by eating really poorly or really well, nothing works...
But after a big meal, all the food just goes to my stomach so it looks like I'm a pregnant man or something... :)
That's the only time I think I look fat...

I have friends that are fat and ask me how I stay thin, because I used to be chunky. I tell em how, mainly controlling my caloric intake, and they become offended! Or tell me counting calories is stupid!
It's like, "why ask me how I keep the weight I lost off when you don't want to hear it?" One of these days I'm going to snap and say, "stop eating so much chicken and bread, fatty."
