Well depending on the nature of the question, you'll have varying proportions of serious and humorous answers. Some users try to always help, others try to always be sarcastic.

I've never seen a problem presented on here that couldn't have been solved with a internet search. Either that or with common sense. So I usually help out with a sarcastic remark.

Yes, LOL. Most of the OT questions are generally pretty silly.
Sometimes, depends on the question, you usually get help though... amongst the useless answers of course, some users can't help but be condescending to help questions, especially if it's a newb asking it
Yeah GS was very helpful bcoz it gets away your boring day and if you have a question with the game that you play there's always a funny but helpful answer even in off topic.
