Do you find this incredibly offensive?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-24059901 So the Japanese are very angry over this satirist cartoon which appeared in a French newspaper "Thanks to the Olympics, sumo wrestling has become an Olympic sport" I think it's in incredibly bad taste. This isn't like making fun of someone's beliefs (like the Mohammed cartoon), it's making fun of the aftermaths of a disaster that killed nearly 20,000 people. It's truly disgusting. So what do you think?JustBeYourself

neither of the cartoons mentioned in the article make fun of the victims of the incident. they're focused on the long term environmental aftermath of it.

Meh, people are too sensitive these days. If a s***y comic in some French paper actually upsets anyone, they need to set some priorities.

meh, it it is a political cartoon.  The Japanese should be thankful it is even reminding the workd about Fukushima at all.

As for the joke, well, the joke is on the rest of the world, considering we will be reaping the side effects of the radiation, not just Japan.  Once that crap get's mixed into the ocean's current, it is only a matter of time before it is world wide.
