What do you mean? Like a long day of just being outside and coming back exhausted?

It depends what I did, and how long I was out.

You could be sick or something because that's not normal...at all. Or you could just be extremely out of shape.

I don't know how old you are but I reckon you're way too young for a heart attack. You're probably just out of shape and lethargic. Get out more and get some exercise.

I'm just like you. I get tired from anything almost. I think the way to combat it is to exercise - I've been doing pushups recently.

Why?? I've never weighted a lot and have told doctors how much I weighted and they didn't think anything really serious was wrong.

Just get some thyroid medicine to balance to hormones in your body and slow your metabolism. Increase your eating while you are on the medicine, and you will gain weight. This will make it easier for you to bulk up and gain muscle mass as the exercise slowly turns your accumulated fat into energy for your new big muscles.

Unless it's especially hot/cold and I'm doing work, I'll probably fall asleep right there outside. Nature can be pretty relaxing, provided the weather is good.
