Working cardio is extremely important for a healthy body.
If you don't do some kind of cardio, you're going to have virtually no stamina.

I used to when i felt really bored one sumer, but after that I felt like I needed a shower and a change of clothes. Eventually I learned that it takes lots of laundry and ruins my shower schedule. OS I stopped.
