Do you hate school lunch?

Our school has grilled cheese everyday and I got one for the fun of it. I opened the bag and when I spread apart the bread greese started dripping out :? Then I squeezed it and more greesed came out, then I ate it and now I have food poisoning. :cry:

Pizza Hut Pizza and cheese fries. What's not to love! :)

Our high school lunches are 3.75, such a ripoff for food thats passable at best. I havnt bought school lunch since my freshman year.Nick3306

For most of my school going years I brought a sack lunch so I very rarely found myself in a school cafeteria of the many schools I've attended.

I havent had school lunch since junior high, but then again, the system in Japan is different and everyone eats the same thing. The food was good though, totally worth the $50 monthly fee

Just looking at school lunch makes me sick. If I ever get school lunch it's just for bread. Yup just plain bread as thats the only thing that they can make nice.

I haven't had a school lunch since 1st grade, only time i got it was taco day, rest was crap

we don't have stuff like that in Aus. just a canteen where we buy food. or you brought your own lunch

Depends on the day, we have healthy versions of common food like tater tots and french fries which look like the actual food but don't taste like it. We have ceasar salad somedays. Somedays mashed potatoes, some days noodles and orange chicken. I don't mind but sack lunch is just cheaper.

Why would you give someone the same punishment for fighting as you would driving off campus for lunch ? It's ridiculous . If they allow students to drive to campus why stop them from going off campus for lunch ?

If they're cutting class , that's a diferent story.

I dont see the problem with it. There is no need for a mad dash to get food when you have food in the school. It may not be the best but you only gotta be at school for like 6 or 7 hours a day then you can eat whatever you want.

I don't necessarily hate school lunch, but I wish they would give a larger portion to high school students. I'm underweight and the lunch isn't enough to satisfy my hunger.

Depends on what they're serving that day.

In Elementary school it was hit or miss, they had some pretty okay stuff though. In middle school it was still pretty okay, not great but solid depending on what it was. In High school I never ate school lunch, I always went to food places nearby with friends or brought food from home.

Now I'm in college and the cafeteria food is alright, they make wayyyyyyyy tooo much piroshki, I love piroshki as much as the next guy but they make it practically every other day :|

not in school anymore, but looking back it was mostly ok. some of it clearly sucked, but that was mostly the stuff the school tried to come up with on it's own.

School lunch taste like crap.

None of it is healthy at all, just in really small portions. It's more of a snack to me.
