13 is too young to hate , actually it depends why\how much you hate him .. if you hate him because of one situation\event then its normal .. but if you hate his character\nature just like that then its abnormal.

Whilst my dad has done bad things and isn't your "perfect dad", I do love him dearly. I find that although we may be very different in some respects, that we are also very similar in many ways overall. There's alot of hate towards people's familys here, it's a bit unusual (or have I just got the wrong idea about what is usual?). Certainly you may well go though bad patches with your parents, but things should work out. I think it's weather you love them for who they are rather than specificaly what they have done that is ultimatly the decider.
