do you hate your mom? aka parent?

Overall, I like my parents a lot.

Sometimes my dad can be really annoying and relentless, and sometimes my mom can be really angry and ridiculous, but I'm sure I can be a nuisance at times too.

thats what me and my dad argue about also he says to me "Get a job!" i just go to him "i got one havent you seen me go out dressed in work clothes come home have pay packets about the house" and he goes , "oh get a better job then!"

Since most of you are "normal" enough to love your parents like anyone else (which is the opposite of hat) then who dislikes their mom? I'd kill for mine, but I stand by my previous statement.

this was my day today: got up, went to school, went to soccer practice, came home around 5. practiced drums, went in my room, listen to DMB band and woke up around 7:50. got up, watched heroes. she told me to do homework, i didnt have any i told her(im a senior, VERY thin schedual).

and she got on my case about how selfish i am and stuff. i didnt even do anything! shes so damn annoying trying to run my life. she ttried to tell me we cant watch heroes cuz she doesnt like it. LOL. well i little more arguing and i got past that, but its rediculous. im just minding my own business.

does anyone relate?

Yeah go ahead and hate the person who gave you life. Who keeps a roof over your head, who provides food for you. Who gave you the TV to watch heros in. Your a senior? good you should be 18 soon which means she wont have to put up with your crap if she doesnt want to and you can say goodbye. Seriouslly dude, they can be annoying sometimes but they are trying to do whats best for you and you should be greatful for that. Its also nice to have someone around who loves you when the world seems to hate on you.

Well my Mum's dead, my Dad and I are very close but it gets sad to see him getting old, and get along fine with my stepmum.

People hating their parents will realise what they've lost when it's gone.

dislike and hate are very different, hate means you can't take it back unless they really change their lives and the chances are you will never really like them, dislike just means that they can be annoying or agravating at some times

I don't hate my parents. I do believe they need to realize I'm not 10, when in fact I'm 17. I really don't like being talked down to like I don't understand anything.

Plus sometimes they really don't make any sense. My dad told me its not safe to leave the country because there are terrorists who want to kill Americans, and thinking he wasn't serious I said that they weren't everywhere, and apparently they are.

me and my mom have argued a lot and i mean a lot but we cant really stay mad at each other wanna know why

bc i love her and she loves me

sure there are times when i wish she would just go away and leave me alone

but no matter what shes always there for me and i can easily say that

my mom is my best friend ever :)

I dislike both of them. My dad only likes to see and hear what HE thinks is right and my mom is overprotective and must think I'm slow or something because she tells me to do things I do on a daily basis like 50 times a day.ligerz76

She can be quite the ditz sometimes, but I love my mommy.:D

I hated the crap out of my dad, but he died years ago.
