As a kid til my early teens, I had to share a room. It didn't make much of a difference when I got a room all to myself til I added my personal PC and TV to it.

Basically, it's what you make of the space me thinks. But yeah, I get how having it all to yourself would gaurantee privacy.

I have my own room(since I was 12) and that guarantees some privacy which I like. Only my mom may enter to clean but I don' t really mind.

my room is the basement.

normally i have it all to myself, but seeing as we got a pool table, fusball table and air hockey table it easily becomes a party type room every once in a while. whether it be my sister and her friends or family.

No. I share my bedroom with the wife. Rather, she shares her bedroom with me. It looks more like a woman's bedroom. I have my own den though.

I had my own room since I was uhhh, maybe 2 or 3? Get this, when I was 0-3 or somewhere in that age(when I had a crib) I slept in a closet that just had the crib in it.

Yes I do, but I still live with my parents till I graduate from the university. I love my mom, but it's annoying having friends over. Especially people who'd I'd like to have a fun night with... which is impossible.
