I never used training wheels.

Dad was like, Here I'm gonna push you, and let go. Don't fall over.

My first couple turns looked like a motorcylce race, as I would lean so much it was funny.

I learned with a little help from my friends at 13. Mom and dad tried to teach me when I was around 5 or 6 but their technique scared me :P Kept getting hurt and stopped altogether. Then at 13, my friends told me what to do and I learned in a less than 15 minutes :D

No. Mostly because I've only been on a bike about twice in my life.

I'm surprised so many people don't know how to ride a bike, I always thought that it was something every kid learned. How did you guys get around as kids? When I was young, all we did is bike in the summer and crazy carpet down hills in the winter. Anyways, I learned how to ride a bike without training wheels when I was 6 or 7.

Oh yeah, I got it down pat. It's just like riding a bicycle, once you learn you never forget.

My parents took me everywhere so I never saw a need to learn.

Well yes, but it has been a long time admittedly. Having a truck for transportation kinda made the bicycle unnecessary

Yep, and I got it first try too. Still I made for it with various crashes in later years (pavement, cars, trees, etc).

I didn't have to learn how to ride a bike. I just got on and rode it. No training wheels attached. I'm a natural.

I never learned as a kid, but my friends and their dad helped me out when I was about 15 lol. I think the biggest hurdle was telling myself that it's easier to maintain balance if I speed up lol.

Yeah, I learned how to when I was 8. I had tried before that with help but was too intimidated for a very long time, but one day when I was 8 I was just like, "okay, I'm going to get the hang of this all by myself," and I did.

This topic actually reminds me of when I no longer needed them and got my brothers hand-me-down bike and rode it to the end of the street and saw a deer in a wooded area where I lived. Flashbacks FTW.

Started at about 7, I sat on a bike without training wheels and then I got pushed, I peddled from then and it was all good. I'm not your pro trick dude, although I can bunny hop over 1ft and do long wheelies. :D

It's my primary means of exercise, so yes.

I remember the days when I took off the training wheels and my dad would push me off across the yard to see how far I would go before falling over. Those were good times.

I ride a motorcycle every day so I'd assume that I can hold my own on a bicycle. Seriously who the hell doesn't know how to ride a bike? It seems like one of those things that everyone ought to know how to do.

Nope, I never learned how to ride a bike and it was pretty embarrassing when I was a child, you know being that I was a self-conscious little wimp and all.

Yup. I broke my last bike 5 or 6 years ago and I wish I had one but I know i I bought one I'd rarely use it. TC should seriously learn. Don't worry about falling, you're like 2ft off the ground you'll get a scratch. :P Although one time I injured my groin quite severely and couldn't walk or breath for some time. v.v But you're a girl and should have no problems with that. :)
