Nope, but dogs have a thing in their spittle that can clean your wounds. It disinfects and stuff, so if you ever have a wound that's probably going to be infected if you leave it be, let the animal lick it. No but when I had guinea pigs I kissed THEM. I used to put them on a blanket, put them in my bed, lay down next to them (so they were laying close to my face), covered me and them (up to their ears) with the comforter.
