basketball is almost as pointless as baseball, one team scores then they run down the other end and score, one misses then the other runs down the other end and scores zzzzzzzzzzz

Some say that team handball is the upperbody counterpart to soccer (football), but basketball is more fun than handball as far as games go.
Basketball is fast paced and interesting, soccer...not so much. I live in the US and I have gone to 2 Revolution games and they were both crazy boring. I have watched some international soccer though and that is much more interesting but I would still rather be watching something else. I have to admit some of the soccer highlight are cool, but basketball usually tops them.
