i dont even like most rock music... i would say no...im not really interested in loud banging noises, and drums, and guitars and stuff.....i like relaxed music..

I suppose my answer would depend on what you define as "Super Hard."
The heaviest band I know of that I like is December. Other than that, I like The Agony Scene, As I Lay Dying, and Norma Jean, among other bands. If those qualify, then yeah, I like Super Hard Metal.
Pantera, Metallica and Slayer aren't the most aggressive anymore. Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, Dark Funeral, Dying Fetus... would all qualify as much heavier and more aggressive than them. What do you really mean with "super hard metal"? I do like metal tho...
I like children of bodom, they are about as heavy as I like, I hate canibal corpse, and most of slayer. I like to at least make out what they are singing by looking at the lyrics.

Metallica and Slayer aren't super hard metal. But I like those to bands anyway. I also love ULTRA SUPER BRUTAL (kekeke) bands like Cryptopsy, and Decapitated.
Bands like Pantera and Metallica r really hard, but unlike 2day's metal bands, it's more classic and while the guitars r heavy, they don't scream every lyric really hard in the song, and also aren't emo, like most metal bands 2day.
