The wost police in my area actually isn't police atall but the mall cops at the Swansea Mall. They're horrible even by mall cop standards. I vowed never to go there again.
I live in Fargo, ND, so, needless to say, the cops here have hardly anything to do...so they're always really bored and angry and they're always trying to bust kids even when they aren't looking suspicious.
It's just such a nice, clean, basically crime-free place that they don't have much to do, so they'll try to bust you for absolutely anything. I've been approached by cops several times in the past several years, and they always walk away disappointed because they're unable to bust me for anything. :P
