Do you listen to music to put you to sleep?

I like to put this on repeat before going to sleep. It is very relaxing to me. :)

The song is Devine Lite by Allwood / Cooper aka The Sabbath Sect. it is on the Choral Beats album.

The old song I used to listen to while going to sleep is Orion by Metallica.

I always fall asleep with my ipod on the speaker right by my head. I put the sleep timer for 30 minutes and I'm usually knocked out by then. :P

Right now though, I can't fall asleep, so I have my music on to help me out a little.

Nope, I like silence when going to sleep.

If I have to, I just clear my mind of everything else, then imagine myself floating on water. That works, relaxing your mind.

I listen to muisc as I'm falling asleep, but it's not necessarily to put me to sleep...because that doesn't work. I just like having noise. I can't sleep if it's absolutely silent.t3hrubikscube

Unless I have something on for the next day that requires me to wake up early in the morning, otherwise I would sleep with my Ultimate Ears on.

No, I hate listening to music while attempting to sleep.

I hate listening to anything that encourages thinking before I sleep. This includes television noises.

If I listen to anything while trying to go to sleep I'll end up awake all night.

ANY TALKING at all will keep me awake. If I hear talking through a wall I get very annoyed. Sleep time is sleep time not stay up and listen time.

Yeah I listen to my mp3 until I get sleepy then I just turn it off.. but sometimes I fall asleep before I can turn it off :P

Yes. I usually listen to my MP3 if I cant sleep. The songs usually consist of Chillout, Classical and tracks from Nature Chillout CD's. They help me sleep =)
