Do you listen to music to put you to sleep?

I like to put this on repeat before going to sleep. It is very relaxing to me. :)The song is Devine Lite by Allwood / Cooper aka The Sabbath Sect. it is on the Choral Beats album.The old song I used to listen to while going to sleep is Orion by Metallica.

Not anymore, but when I was little, I absolutely had to have some harp music playing in order for me to go to sleep.

I listen to a CD of waves crashing against the ocean to help me sleep. I also have a thunderstorm, tropical rain forest and a frog chorus. I sadly don't use the frog CD very often.
