no, i dont even change the sheets for over a week. When my girlfriend comes down I have to clean up a bit because it's embarrassing. When my girlfriend comes down it's also the time I end up needing to change my bed.
I just have a sheet and a doona/quilt, whatever. So it's as simple as shaking the doona in the morning and smoothing it out, and that's if I care about the creases; otherwise, I just leave the doona as it is. It's mostly neat enough, lately anyway. In winter when I use it more it might be a different matter.
