I play the Euphonium. I like playing it because i like looking at the stupid expression they give me when i tell them i play it. they say "ddderrrrrrr what is that?"
and i usually respond with "it looks like a small tuba and has the sound of a French Horn, Trombone, and Tuba all mixed." And they usually say "ooohhh ok."
drums for 4 years. drumset for leisure/jazz/jamming, percussion for concert band, and snare for marching band. i gotta learn something new though if I wanna even minor in music in college. I'm a junior in high school, and I should be getting piano lessons soon. I think I'm gonna pick up my brother's old saxophone too and just get one of my friends to teach me the basics.
I'm a guitar player. Been playing for 6 years, but if you heard me play, you'd think i've been playing for over 11 years. I play both Electric and acoustic. My electric guitar is a Gibson Les paul, and my acoustic is a Martin & Co.
Trombone and Euphonium/Baritone I can play rather well. I dabble in everything else. Meaning, if I really wanted to, I can play Trumpet, Percussion, Piano, and Guitar.

How would you know what we'd think?
And how did he calculate 11? Like most people would know the level of excellence of a piano player :?
The simple truth of it is that there is no standard rate of development when it comes to musicians, so I agree with this. Also, it should be noted that people put far too much emphasis on rapid development, forgetting that it is where a person ends up that really matters, not how fast he or she got there. And finally, most people are terrible judges of their own musical progress. They're either overly optimistic or overly pessimistic. Most of the overly optimistic ones are not nearly so skilled as they claim, yet they boast of their talents with the loudest voice. That's true even in the professional world.
