Absolutly. especially if there is a girl in the group (which there usually is) because you can fit a lot of food from taco bell and/or candy and bottled drinks in a large purse.

I don't go to the movies all that often anymore...and when i do i don't eat or drink there. It makes it easier to not have to pee in the middle of the movie...haha
me and my friend used to do that, we looked so ridiculous with all the candy and sodas we had in our pocket
I used to put my soda in my back pocket, 2 candie boxes in one left pocket, another 2 candies in the right and one of my friends soda in my hoodie lol
On occassion. I don't buy their food, thats for sure, and I don't understand why people even go to the theater anymore.
The other day I went to see Terminator, and I saw 45 minutes of COMMERCIALS first. I arrived ON TIME for the movie, not before, where they usually show such things. After that, it was about 20 minutes of previews.
I saw the same car commercial, and it was a bad commercial, THREE TIMES.
Its also ridiculously expensive, which is pathetic.
I DO, however, recommend that everyone who can find one, go to Drive In Theaters. I go to one every summer out of town. Its 5 bucks per head to watch 2 movies in the comfort of your car instead of being wedged in between a fat person and a fat person on a cell phone, the movie screen is HUGE, and they sell damn good food. Actual, real, human food.
And with the food and ticket, you're getting 2 movies for the price of about one and some popcorn nowadays.
So, yeah, screw the movie theaters.
The price of snacks is just ridiculous, one of my local cinemas now charges over £7 for an adult ticket at 'peak times' then proceed to charge £2-£3 for a bag of M&M's or Revels etc. not to metnion what they charge for pick and mix or popcorn. Usually we stock up at the Tesco Express next door, it's handy to know you can fit a carton of Innocent Smoothy under an armpit :P
