Eh, I do think that I am somewhat ignored. Maybe because I'm a newb. Maybe the lack of an avatar/sig. Maybe my posts suck. Who knows. It doesn't bother me that much though.

I always feel ignored but that's due to my fragile state of mental health so I have nobody to blame but myself.

I was born the wrong gender, that's the thing with internet forums, you'll never be ignored if you're female. :[

I'm at a weird spot. I've been posting for three years now, and I bet veterans of the OT know my name and know what position I'll take in whatever thread I happen to post in and I do feel like I know most of the "elites" of the current OT. And they know me. But to new or somewhat new posters, I'm just some guy, who is nowhere near the prestige of Theo, Caedus, chessmaster, etc.

All the time, but eh, it's pretty common. My refusal to worship the small handful of super popular games and being myself tends to be looked down upon, also being British tends to be seen in a poor light in a mostly American populated site.

Yeah, I feel that way sometimes. For example, I've made a few threads about Codex Alimentarius, which is supposed to go into effect tomorrow, and only one person responded on them, and even he said he had to read up on it. Now, I know there has got to be someone on OT who knows what Codex Alimentarius is.

I'll also find myself quoting someone continuously trying to edge into the conversation without any acknowledgement.

I don't want someone responding to all of my stuff because that's not the purpose of my posts. All I ask for those who read my posts is to look into what I'm saying, and to not blindly dismiss/agree with me. If that leads to someone responding to me, fine. If it leads to them simply moving on and not responding, that's fine too.

I don't feel ignored, but even if I did, I wouldn't care too much.

I appreciate your reply to my post. I agree, in the "depths of OT" it can be quite a tangled mess of flame wars and overly serious topics.
