I guess my binary answer would be 'no'. I will do things which I think are going to be good, they could be popular or unpopular things.

I don't really pay too much attention as to what is popular.

Since I don't think things based on popularity only to whether actually I think it is good or not.

I think hoarding away from popular things just because they're popular is just as stupid as hoarding to things because they're popular. People should make up their own minds on things - not hate on them because people like them or love obscure things just because they're unique.tempertress

Are we talking popular now or stuff that is critically acclaimed?

Some of my tastes are a little off beat, but I like some popular stuff.

Yes, if something is a humongous hit with people and stretches across the world and is generally well recieved by the public and critics alike then it's obviously bad.

I watch/read/do what I find enjoyable without regard for it's popularity of lack thereof. I really couldn't bother to care about such a trivial thing.

I do like traveling roads less traveled as I like discovering things on my own, but that being said I will still enjoy even the most overplayed or overrated piece of entertainment if I find it engaging in some way.
