I love a good nap, me. Mind you, I say 'nap', but I usually end up sleeping for 2 or 3 hours or more.

Isn't a nap usually 2-3 hours? I can't see it being any less than say even an hour or so. Naps have turned into sleeping the rest of the night, but not usually. Usually it is just like ~2 hours.
I think so too. But I know of people who take these Power Naps for 15-30 mins and they come out of it super charged.
I have to take one. I wake at 5-6 am for work and won't make it till nightfall without one. For evening shift I can pass it but I still tend to take quick one like 30 mins just before work. Started at college like many others.
Up until last week, I've been a person who almost never naps. But lately I've found it relaxing to kind of half fall asleep to some Arcade Fire or Death Cab for Cutie, and then turn off the music and go to sleep. Unfortunately they don't last as long as I'd like, most of them averaging about 45 minutes.
