I lived/been around them long enough to know that some of them have no discipline..

The poverty rates of blacks are not in proportion with their rates of violent crime. They are, for example, about 3 times more likely to be poor but are about 8 times more likely to commit murder and 20 times more likely to rape as compared to whites. BTW, all of these things are themselves effects and it is intellectually narrow to see them merely as causes. Environments are also genetic.

Furthermore, "skin color" is irrelevant. Race is not skin color. Skin color is merely one trait which tends to cluster according to geographic ancestry. Other things cluster as well. Other physical traits to be sure but also others relating to the proclivity for certain diseases for example. There is no reason to believe the cognition and temperment can't also so cluster. Don't think of skin color as *causing* such things. Instead, think of all of them as being the result of a shared environment that for thousands of years selected for a host of genes relating to all sorts of human traits.

Incidentally, I'm always interested to hear a good explanation for the disgustingly high rates of rape among black men. Generally, liberal thinking likes to claim that poverty leads to crime, the idea being that without sufficient income one is more willing to break the law to ameliorate impoverishment. I'm not aware however of how forcibly inserting a penis into a vagina might help to put food on the table.
