Make-up is to them what deodorant is to men.
A neccesity...

My friends will get up at 5:30, 6:00 to put on their crapload of makeup. I'll get up at 7:30 and maybe put on some mascara.I was never into the whole make up thing, I kind of think it's a waste of time. Seriously, I get to sleep at least a whole hour and a half more.
As for TC, foundation and heavy makeup wouldn't make them look pretty while they sweat. Their makeup is probably minimal, if anything.
It really depends on the women. Some of them put on heavy amounts of make up just because they think it'll make them look more attractive when it has quite the opposite effect.
Oh and they're pretty old. One is 22 while the other is 24.RevisitedThis makes me question the reality of this thread. In any case, I think I've seen my girlfriend wear makeup maybe four times since I met her at the beginning of this year, and I've always been attracted to the girls who were confident enough not to cake their face with stuff in order to exist... and I know some who have to spend an hour or more getting ready because they're deathly afraid of the world seeing what they actually look like. The point of makeup is for it to (usually) not seem to be there, and it isn't that hard to tell the difference even then if you know what to look for.
It depends on the person but for most I'd say yes. People don't think I wear make-up but I put on concealer, tinted moisturiser, eye liner and eye shadow every day. I looked bland and washed out without make-up, which is the same for most women. tofu-lion91My girlfriend always complains, she hates it because guys don't have to wear make up and they still look better. :3
it depends on the woman. some women hardly wear any and some women will not be seen by anyone who doesn't live in the house without make up.
me personally i wear make up(full face) when i go to work and going out with friends. but if im just making a run to the store i don't feel the need to wear make up. also when i get home i remove my make up soon as i get in the house.
wearing make while exercising is useless. i can see maybe wearing waterproof mascara and eye liner. but anything more than that will have you looking like a melted crayon.
i dont know what women do all the time, that is not a super power i want, in fact i often do stuff to avoid finding out what women are doing/have donesurrealnumber5Off-topic : Is that an Iranian guy in your sig pic? On-topic : Women do wear make-up wherever they go except late at night or early in the morning. And that could change if one is going to rock the bed.
The most attractive women in the world use makeup to accentuate their natural beauty. Others use it to "cover up" their "flaws." Guess which happens more in the West.foxhound_fox
LOL couldn't agree more. Most don't know how to put on makeup--even celebrities. Pikachu cheeks, clown lips, those weird eyeshadow (i think thats what its called) that they put a blob on right on top of their eye. LOL I just laugh when i see it. Its pretty bad. It's like watching those cheerleader competition on ESPN. I mean "WOW!"
This is HOT. Enough to highlight her eyes and her face looks naturally beautiful.
This is TOO MUCH. The eyes in black is nice but the red gives too strong a feeling. and her cheeks are way too red.
I don't wear make-up to work out, if I'm running quick errands (e.g., pick up something at the store, go to the bank, etc) or just around the house. Other than that I purposefully go for a more natural look for school, hanging out and whatnot. If I'm going out at night and want to look a bit more dressy I'll reflect that in my make-up, but still never too much. Make-up shouldn't create a new face, just emphasize your best features. Which is why I think MOST girls look better with even just a small amount on.
Like its been said though: depends on the girl. Of course they don't wear it all the time, but there are definitely girls who take it a bit too far.
Ugh, I really, really, really don't want to do this, but since you all insist!

I'm curious about when make-up ever becomes important to a woman. They can't all like it, just as not all guys like video games or cars or whatever. So either they're pressured into it and like it or they never bother and just go about their day.
Jesus, Im a guy and I wear makeup almost everyday. Most women/girls I know wear some form of it. Cover-up/foundation you wouldnt even notice. You wouldnt notice brown/lighter eyeliners either.
I dont mind makeup at all. Some eyeliner/mascara can make you look fierce. It can be really nice. Im not big on lipsticks or unnatural colors.. example, blue eyeliners or shadows, yuck.
Man googling all those terms like eyeliner and mascara (mote like mass-scary am I right) wasn't nearly as fun as I thought it would be. I thought make up was just lipstick and that cream I see some women put on their face. In retrospect, I don't think I want to learn about that stuff. It's like taking another course at college hehe.Revisited
... How old are you?
Some girls use no make at all. Which originally I thought was a lie to only further perpetuate the truth that women are way more good looking than guys. But it's true. mrmusicman247
Well, considering many women think they can only look pretty with make-up on, it's safe to conclude than men are the prettier sex.
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of make-up do you wear? For men, I've only seen famous musicians and people in the goth/emo/whatever scene wear make-up.Jesus, Im a guy and I wear makeup almost everyday. Most women/girls I know wear some form of it. I once went to a 18 year old birthday party that was my mates and we were all drinking and **** and there was this really hot and sexy looking cousin of his that was 19 and i flirted with her abit but she got drunk really quick and i was turned off and just ended up singing karaoke with some mates,
Anyway i woke up in the morning and most the people had just passed out or crashed at my mates house and i saw his cousin and she had just taken her makeup off,
The night before she was a clear 9/10 with a smoking body but now she was barely a 6/10, it was horrible how much she changed without makeup

Acting condescending on the Internet? How original.
All the time? No
but if they are going out somewhere most tend to. I mean, it's called "Make-up" for a reason right. Why would they bother wearing it if they were just sitting at home all day or not doing anything? I guess some might throw on some make-up when not going out but from my experience with women, most I've been around don't unless they are going out somewhere.

That's not necessarily true. A LOT of TV shows/talk shows or what have you will have their make up team do a little on the guys.

It was a serious question. I want to know how old this guy is. He sounds like one of those dorky kids who doesn't know a thing about females and once he learns a thing or two, surprise kicks in. :P
