i trade them in for credit to the store. its not like i can keep every single game I ever buy, and even if i did, once it was tired with it or beat it I probably wouldnt play it again anyway, so i figure why not use the extra few dollars on a new game.
No. I traded in Socom for the PS2 a long time ago and got ripped. I payed 30 for the game and got 5 for the trade in.
I have not traded anything in since.
Blockbuster in my area is offering a trade in 6 games for God of War II deal... now, I took a look at that and said... major rip off... then I though about it and said, "if I buy 6 games all for under 10 dollars and trade them in, I can beat the system!"
No, I only traded a couple old ones when I was desperate for money.. I feel ashamed :(. I like to keep the pieces in my collection, so I don't trade in.

They usually have fine print that says "games must be above trade value of blah blah blah more than it's worth dollars". I've tried.
trading in videogames is the biggest ripoff in the history of the world. well, top 5 at least. those cutthroats give you like 5 bucks and sell your game for 30 bones. besides, i want to be buried with all my systems and games.
