I don't have any program for anti-virus installed, but my computer is fine. Yes, I do know the dangers of it but I'm not stupid when it comes to internet safety.

My anti-virus scans my PC every night. I think I've got decent protection.

I erroneously installed a program that put a tonne of spyware onto my compy, so I'm pretty anal about scanning every day now.

I very rarely scan my computer (because it overheats and crashes) but it's always running in the background.

Generally if you get a virus you're doing it wrong. I didn't have an antivirus for the first year of having a pc, now I have one that scans like once a week or so.

The only time Avira serves it's purpose is after I have downloaded something. If it detects a threat, I run it in an isolated environment, and if I deem it to be a threat, I may then extract serials from it and copy them into Notepad, but not allow it to do any harm system-wide. Then I upload those serials in text form so all can benefit.

Even being careful doesnt prevent viruses, etc. I saw recently it only takes 15 minutes for an unprotected computer to be infected with a trojan, etc. You probably have a bunch of stuff on there, but of course you wouldnt know since you dont have AV program.

i don't, i haven't for about 2 years.. Even though i occasionally go to some websites which people think guarantee yu to get a virus, i haven't go a single major virus, i even installed a anti virus program to search if there are any 2 weeks ago. it found no spyware, no virus, nothing. everything was fine...although i stongly advise using anti virus if your computer is very important ( eg; work files or work laptop). however for my leisure comp, it just ruined my games....

Anti-virus programs are just a waste of system resources. If you know what you're doing on the Internet, you don't need it.

I haven't had a virus in like 7 years, so I'll just go with what I said. Just use a firewall. Anti-virus not needed.

Why don't you crop that last.fm sigur ros ava to remove the black cd case part on the left side and then resize it to 80x80?
